Troubleshooting Access Problems

Usernames and Passwords are provided by PayPal at sign up, and when the signup process is complete. If you did not receive the access information, you are not signed up and please repeat the process. Long delays may happen when authorizing a payment over a busy network or slow connection. If you sign up to wrong subscription package or same package twice, please go ahead and subscribe to the correct package and contact us. We cancel and refund errors and overpayments upon receipt but are not able to change subscriptions or payment plans. (security reasons) If you have received your username and password but are not able to access the member area, most common reasons are listed below: a- You are trying to access the wrong member area. b- You are mistyping the username or password. The access codes are case sensitive and have to be entered EXACTLY as you received them. (no extra spaces or change from lower case to upper case) c- Your assigned Username or Password may include a PERCENT SIGN (%) that may appear as number NINETY SIX in some font/resolutions.
